Zainab & Mustafa’s nikah happened on the hands of the Bohra high priest, Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin saheb at Lonavla. Just the immediate family members were present. There’s a fun tradition that usually follows the nikah, the bride has to open the knots to the sehra (head dress) of the groom. In return, the groom gives something to the bride. This was done at Zainab’s home in Mumbai immediately after the nikah. There was a small traditional dinner arranged for close friends and relatives.
